Quinn is co-owner of Eufaula Physical Therapy. Quinn received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he also earned a minor in psychology and studied Korean. He earned his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo Utah. Quinn is board certified in clinical electrophysiology and orthopedics. Quinn has managed and performed services in the hospital, industrial, long-term care, outpatient, and sports medicine environments. He has provided operational oversight for clinics throughout the southeast. Quinn joined rehab Associates (Montgomery Alabama) in 1992 and as a partner in Rehab Associates helped grow the business to over 40 clinic sites prior to the sale of the business in 2001. In 2003 he helped with the development of PT Solutions which included EMG Solutions. He has focused his clinical practice on endurance athletes, manual therapy of the spine and electroneuromyography. In 2012 he exited PT Solutions to focus entirely on EMG Solutions. Quinn has been performing electrodiagnostic testing since 1992 and is board-certified in clinical electrophysiology and orthopedics. Although he continues to work with endurance athletes by request, Quinn has focused his clinical practice on electrodiagnostic testing since 2012. Quinn has presented on orthopedic physical therapy and anatomy and clinical electroneuromyography at CSM and as a guest lecturer at numerous universities. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Alabama Physical Therapy Association and currently serves as the Chair of the Clinical Electrophysiology Special Interest Group within the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management. Quinn has also served the profession as a member of the Alabama APTA governmental affairs board. Quinn is a partner in a retail store specializing in running. He provides detailed gait analysis of runners and bike fitting using the latest in video analysis and biomechanics. He has served as a missionary to Korea (2 years) and speaks, reads, and writes Korean. He is an eagle scout and plays the piano. He is married to Kathleen with three daughters, three pretty awesome sons-in-law, and 4 grandchildren, and is actively engaged in church activities
